When you email us or use an enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, location and the content of your message. Franchise enquiries also include the territory and timeframe you are interested in. We use this information only to respond to you and, for franchise enquiries, to assess and progress your application.

We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Where an enquiry leads towards a franchise agreement, we process your details in order to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
04Sharing and storage
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers who help us run our email and business systems, under appropriate safeguards. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing relationship.
